The Mend Project has been created to allow us a space to share experiences, and have a safe environment to engage in restorative healing and explore your own journey, limitations and beliefs. We have researched different healing modalities that we would like to share, with the understanding that a mind once stretched by new experiences, may never return to it’s former dimensions.

Our journeys have led us to this point in time, a seeking of answers and the ambition to pursue your own personal development has brought you here. You have came to the right place.

We are here to offer tools and techniques to help you on your journey.

The M.E.N.D Project is a collaborative effort, we came together after facing our own individual battles and dealing with trauma, grief, mental health issues and addictions, by overcoming these internal battles with various healing modalities we were each able to bring something different to what became the M.EN.D project.

Why now?

We live in a world that keeps us disconnected from our true self.

Distraction, consumption, influence, seduction, fear and control;

becoming overwhelmed is inevitable, we need new coping strategies and the acknowledgement that combating all of the above takes awareness, action and courageous conversations.

Understanding yourself, recognising your behaviour, evaluating your decisions and developing daily habits to keep yourself mentally strong and resilient is essential for protection of the mind in the highly pressured environments that most of us experience daily.
